摘要：

20世纪90年代以来,企业的核心能力战略成为学术界和工商界关注的焦点。核心能力战略兴起的背后,实际上是竞争力理论的复兴与发展。沿着竞争力理论的历史发展轨迹,对基于资源与能力竞争力理论进行了理论综述,归纳为企业内在成长理论、企业资源基础理论以及企业能力理论3个流派,为竞争力理论研究和企业发展实践提供了理论基础。
