摘要：

本文将社会网络分析法运用于科研团队的发现和评价,从社会网络分析的角度为科研团队研究提供了一种新的思路和方法。以基因工程专业领域2000～2009十年的合著数据为样本,利用2-派系和滚雪球相结合的方法确立了科研团队,从网络特性指标和核心作者指标两个方面对科研团队绩效影响因素进行挖掘,运用结构方程模型对科研团队绩效影响因素进行了假设检验,最后提出了提高科研团队绩效的几点建议。
