<正>随着社会的发展,各种应激因素加剧,抑郁症已成为临床上常见的疾病,严重危害现代人身心健康。根据WHO一项全球疾病负担的调查,预计到2020年,抑郁症将成为继心血管疾病之后导致患者丧失劳动能力的第二大疾病。而近日生物节律紊乱是抑郁症患者非常明显的一个特征,
