摘要：

基于拉维瑞克的社区能力指标体系,利用定量和定性相结合的方法,对深圳市社区能力进行了系统测量,并总结了我国社区建设的经验与不足。研究表明,当前我国社区发展中存在社区参与疲劳、权力控制及组织协调性差等问题,值得后续研究和政策实践的关注。
