实验性大脑皮层梗塞继发基底节和中脑损害的初步研究

摘要
目的 探讨实验性大脑皮层梗塞后同侧基底节和中脑是否继发损害。方法 采用自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)复制右侧大脑中动脉 (MCA)皮层支闭塞模型 ,4周后取鼠脑行免疫组化检查 ,检测大脑梗塞灶周围、双侧基底节及中脑等部位的胶质原纤维酸性蛋白 (GFAP)、微管相关蛋白 2 (MAP 2 )和突触生长素 (SYN)的表达。结果 GFAP阳性的星形胶质细胞在梗塞灶边缘大量增生 ,在远离梗塞灶的同侧纹状体、丘脑及中脑也明显增生 ,虽然常规HE染色未见同侧丘脑腹后外侧核细胞数减少 ,但MAP 2阳性神经元数明显减少 ,SYN染色阳性信号也明显降低。结论 脑皮层运动感觉区梗塞造成的脑损害不仅是梗塞灶局部的 ,还波及到与之相关的神经组织 ,可能是脑梗死后运动感觉功能恢复困难的重要因素之一
