摘要
Kelch样环氧氯丙烷相关蛋白-1(Keap1)-核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)/抗氧化反应元件(ARE)信号通路是细胞氧化应激反应中的关键通路,其调控的下游Ⅱ相代谢酶和抗氧化蛋白/酶在细胞防御保护中发挥重要作用,也是近几年抗氧化研究领域的热点。本文从基本结构(包括Nrf2、Keap1及ARE三者的结构)、抗氧化应激作用(包括Keap1-Nrf2/ARE信号通路的基本功能及其信号通路调控的下游靶蛋白)、调控机制(包括Nrf2与Keap1的解偶联、Nrf2的降解减弱机制、门闩和枢纽学说及其他机制)等3方面就Keap1-Nrf2/ARE信号通路的抗氧化应激作用及其调控机制进行综述。
