摘要：

对用ＰＣ１２细胞培养测定神经生长因子活性的方法进行了探索，通过对几种培养条件的比较，找出了较为理想的能定性及定量测定神经生长因子的两种方法，为神经生长因子作为新药检测手段提供了一条新途径。
