本文综述性地介绍了西方政党变革与转型理论的三种分析路径,重点介绍了“系统层面趋势”分析,尤其是描绘了政党不断变革和转型的路线图,即权贵型政党→大众型政党→全方位型政党→卡特尔型政党→新政治型政党。总结了政党转型的一般规律,即政党要与时俱进,不断创新,增强执政合法性和执政能力。
