摘要
<正>认知障碍是创伤性颅脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)患者最为常见的功能障碍之一,TBI后认知障碍可以表现为记忆障碍、注意障碍、执行功能障碍、思维障碍、失算症等多种形式。当患者存在反应能力下降、主动性减少、对周围事物漠不关心、近期记忆障碍等等一种以及多种认知功能障碍时,会影响患者对事物知识的识记、巩固以及提取,给患者的日常生活和工作带来重要影响,成为患者回归家庭及社会的主要障碍之一。1药物治疗目前尚缺乏针对TBI后认知功能障碍药物治疗的大规模随机对照研究和循证医学证据,所有的药物治疗经验均来
