一种新型膝关节假体设计及稳定性评估附视频

摘要
根据人体生理学特点,整合通用人工膝关节置换假体设计的设计参数,首次使用扭转椭圆曲线拟合膝关节假体髁曲面,设计一种人工膝关节假体。根据外髁曲面向内侧扭转的角度分为0°,10°,20°,建立3种左侧膝关节假体模型(分别命名为1、2、3号模型)。将假体模型置于步态环境中,并将股骨组件绕胫骨旋转轴旋转±3°,在计算机软件中提取股骨置换假体与胫骨衬垫组件模型之间的相交体积,作为评估人工膝关节置换假体运动稳定性的依据。步态过程中,随着膝关节弯曲角度由0°到58°,1号模型相交体积由122 mm3降低到54.9 mm3,2号由131.9 mm3降到34.5mm3,3号由216.5mm3降到58.8mm3.这种设计可以使膝关节在低弯曲角度时具有很好的稳定性,同时在高弯曲角度时具有一定的灵活性,满足人体膝关节运动的特点。
