摘要：

<正>偏瘫性肩痛（hemiplegic shoulder pain,HSP）是指卒中后患者肩关节被动或主动活动时出现的疼痛,是卒中后患者常见并发症之一[1],多发生在卒中后第2周内,也可早于2周或2周以后发生[2]。有文献报道HSP的发生率为5%84%[3-4]。HSP不但影响患者上肢运动功能的恢复,对日常生活能力的提高产生影响,而且还阻碍了患者
