摘要：

制度理论认为组织的绿色管理是在制度压力下为获取合法性而采取的行为,新制度理论则强调了组织对制度环境的适应与控制。本文基于制度压力与企业战略反应视角,分析了环境保护监管规制下企业绿色管理行为;初步构建了企业绿色管理战略模型,并为完善我国环境监管机制和提高企业环境管理水平提出相应对策。
