摘要
从对组织内创造力的界定出发,系统总结了影响组织内创造力的个体因素、团队因素和情境因素,在此基础上指出目前研究中存在的问题,形成组织内创造力的研究框架。认为未来组织内创造力的研究重点是跨文化研究、跨层次研究、对情境变量调节作用的研究、对阻碍创造力因素的研究、动态化研究。
