摘要：

目的探讨肝移植术后中远期肺部真菌感染的临床特点及护理。方法回顾性分析武警总医院移植研究所2005年6月至2008年9月肝移植术后中远期肺部真菌感染患者的临床资料,采取个体化治疗和护理,并对护理特点及对策进行总结分析。结果本院存活的608例肝移植患者中,术后中远期肺部真菌感染12例,发病率为2.0%。12例患者中治愈8例,好转1例,死亡1例,2例未治患者病情稳定。结论肝移植术后中远期肺部真菌感染有别于早期肺部真菌感染,应针对其临床特点,实施有针对性的护理措施,从而使移植受者获得长期生存。
