<正>自1995年美国神经疾病及卒中研究院(NINDS)重组人组织型纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂(阿替普酶)静脉溶栓试验[1]发表以来,近几年新的研究方法和结果层出不穷,不管是静脉溶栓时间窗从最初的3h扩展到现在的4.5h,还是高龄和小卒中静脉溶栓同样获益的结果,目前均认为静脉溶栓仍是治疗急性脑梗死最重要的方法之一。然而由于适应证、时间窗的限制及担心出血风险,溶栓率
