Regional economic integration and economic globalization have been a unavoidable trend in the world economic development.Being one of the great regional economic integration,forty years of EU’s develˉopment experience and ten years of NAFTA’s successful operation and their attitudes,theories and measures solving problems have positive influence to the recently established CHINA-ASEAN FREE TRADE AREA.in conquering difficulties and winning victories in the cource of operation.
