摘要
磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)信号通路在细胞增殖、凋亡抑制、细胞迁移、囊泡转运和细胞癌转化中起重要作用。黄芪甲苷(AstragalosideⅣ,ASI)是黄芪的主要成分之一,具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、促进血管内皮增生等多方面药理作用。黄芪甲苷通过多层次、多靶点作用于PI3K/Akt信号通路调节细胞的表型和功能,在治疗和预防多种疾病中至关重要。本文总结了黄芪甲苷在多种疾病中的具体作用机制,以期揭示黄芪甲苷在疾病预防和治疗中的可能性,为其后续研究提供一定的理论依据。
