摘要：

目的:利用Meta分析来评价运动想象疗法对脑卒中患者改善上肢功能及生活能力的作用。方法:检索电子数据库Medline、EMBASE、Pubmed and Cochrane Library、Web of Science及Goolgle scholar,同时通过检索获得文献再次检索相关引用文献,由两名研究者独立评价文献,从获得的文献中提取数据进行Meta分析。结果:7项随机对照研究共188例患者纳入分析,结果显示合并运用运动想象疗法来提高上肢功能会比单独应用康复治疗具有更好效果。结论:在脑卒中患者康复治疗中应用运动想象疗法可能更好地改善上肢功能。
