摘要：

新兴市场的崛起使越来越多的创新源自发展中国家,并回流到发达国家乃至全球市场,即逆向创新。逆向创新对跨国公司乃至新兴国家后发企业的发展至关重要。首先对逆向创新的理论渊源和概念内涵进行阐释,然后梳理逆向创新研究演进脉络,尤其是对后发企业开展逆向创新的相关研究进行归纳总结,最后提出逆向创新理论的未来发展方向。
