摘要：

雌性激素替代疗法(HRT),包括单用雌激素和雌孕激素联合治疗,对绝经后妇女(PMW)有明确的心血管保护作用,可加速脂蛋白的代谢,改善血脂谱,改善全身血管以及冠脉的内皮功能,改善患冠心病(CHD)的PMW的心肌缺血,降低纤维蛋白原,增强纤溶功能等。
