摘要：
To study the change of platelet indices in each disease of newborns, the platelet indices(PLT?MPV?PDW?P-LCR)data were detected and observed developments using the electron method in pathological newborn infants,analysing 206 cases dividing into four groups:oxyegen insufficenty infection haemorrhage and other. Result showed the platelet indices all outstanding chamges loith (P<0.01),but PLT showded in infection group more lower 60×10 9/L.in part,MPV in haemorrhage group lessen clear oxygen insufficiency group PDW change less sticking. Therefore the platelet indices examination of neonatal diseases are worth while to be observed
