<正>技术报告和建议概要世界卫生组织(WHO)于1965年公布了糖尿病的诊断和分类指南,1998年作了最近一次修订后公布了新的糖尿病定义、诊断和分类指南。此后又有了许多新的关于糖尿病诊断的资料,为此WHO和国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)组建了联合技术顾问组于2006年11月在日内瓦召开会议,回顾并更新了现行的WHO指南。在认真考虑了一些可用资料和其他组织的建议之后,顾问组提出了如下建议：
