摘要
负压伤口治疗作为一种安全有效的辅助治疗被广泛应用于各类全层伤口15年,为难治性伤口治疗开辟了新思路。尽管全球已有公开发表的1000余篇与该治疗相关的文献一致认为负压伤口治疗能改善伤口血流、促进细胞增殖和肉芽形成、缩小伤口和降低伤口复杂性、提高治愈率和缩短愈合时间,但还有很多临床应用中的问题尚待明确,填充敷料是其中之一。本文就近5年负压伤口治疗中两种填充敷料的作用机制、对血管化和细胞增殖及伤口愈合的影响等研究进展进行综述。
