中国精英大学拔尖人才培养的误区和重构

摘要：

精英大学在40年拔尖人才培养的征途中,进行了很多有益的探索,但在探索的过程中也不免陷入诸多误区,或陷入两难困境。对误区和困境的理性反思,是优化目前精英大学拔尖人才项目各环节的必由之路。精英大学在拔尖人才的选拔方式、培养方式、培养过程、培养目标、培养效果中存在着怎样的误区、困惑、两难处境?如何优化目前的培养理念、思维、过程和方法?本研究对这些问题进行了理论探讨,并指出重构的思路和方向。
