冻融及枯落物对湿地土壤淋溶液的影响

摘要
利用土柱模拟实验,研究冻融和枯落物对土壤淋溶液的影响.结果表明,冻融提高了土壤淋溶液中TN,NH4+-N,TP,PO43-的浓度和流失量,而降低了DOC,NO3--N浓度和流失量.在31d淋溶实验中,枯落物干重残留率为91.81%,C、N、P的残留率分别为81.96%,65.22%和88.89%;枯落物显著提高淋溶液中的C、N、P的含量和流失量(NH4+-N除外),说明枯落物是生态系统重要的营养库;枯落物的C、N、P释放量远远高于淋溶液的C、N、P流失量,表明湿地土壤是枯落物释放出C、N、P的重要汇.
