托盘根提取物对不同细胞的影响

AIM The purpose is to observe effect of extract from roots of %Rubus crataegifolius%(RCE) on growth of tumor cells and lymphocyte. METHODS Influences of RCE on ultrastructure were observed in tumor cells under the transmit electronic microscope and the influences on growth of different cells were also detected by MTT cyto-dyed. RESULTS RCE could induce tumor cells apoptosis and make mucleiu small, cytoplasm increase, membrane lytic and absorbance of MTT decline, but it could increase absorbance of MTT in lymphocyte. CONCLUSION RCE could inhibit growth of tumor and enhance lymphocyte tranformation.=
