感知行为效能对旅游者环保行为决策的影响

摘要：

基于环保行为的集体行动属性,以杭州西溪湿地景区的371名游客为样本,探索了游客感知行为效能与2个层次环保行为意愿的关系,并检验了环保行为态度和地方依恋在上述关系中所起的中介与调节作用.结果显示:1感知行为效能对旅游者环境维护意愿、环境促进意愿均具有显著的正向影响;2环保行为态度在感知行为效能与环保行为意愿之间起着中介作用;3旅游者对景区的情感依恋愈强,感知行为效能对环保行为态度的正向影响就越强,进而对旅游者环保行为意愿产生了更大的正面效应.研究结果说明,除惩罚、教育等传统策略外,旅游地管理方还应该通过集体理性干预、游客关系管理等途径引导旅游者环保旅行,促进旅游业的可持续发展.
