<正>不论在基础研究领域还是在临床治疗方面,中枢神经系统(Central Nervous System,CNS)损伤后的再生与修复一直引人关注。周围神经系统(Peripheral Nervous System,PNS)损伤后可以很快再生,并且在功能上得到较好的恢复,而这种再生和功能恢复在CNS中却很难。CNS再生困难并非由于单纯缺乏再生能力,还与中枢微环境中不利于再生的因素有关,如中枢髓鞘中的突起生长抑制成分等。在众多抑制分子中Nogo-A是近
