阿托伐他汀对自发性高血压大鼠脑组织脂质过氧化的影响

摘要
目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)脑组织氧化应激及脂质过氧化的影响。方法:20只SHR随机分为:阿托伐他汀组(A组,n=10);对照组(C组,n=10)。A组给与阿托伐他汀20mg·kg-1·d-1+纯化水饲喂8周,C组给与每日给与等量纯化水。测定脑组织中活性氧簇(ROS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及硫代巴比妥反应物(TBARS)的水平。结果:经阿托伐他汀治疗后A组SHR脑组织ROS及TBARS显著低于C组;SOD显示出高于C组的趋势,但差异未达到统计学显著性。结论:阿托伐他汀可减轻SHR氧化应激水平,抑制脑组织脂质过氧化。
