知识的属性、粘度与知识转移

知识的有效转移是知识管理中的重要研究领域,隐性和显性知识的分类并不能很好地说明知识在转移过程中的流动性。知识粘性的存在会降低知识转移的流动性,阻碍知识的有效转移,从而削弱组织的核心竞争力。通过对知识粘性成因的研究,提出以下建议:从建立有效的知识转移体系、信任机制以及激励机制3个方面着手,降低知识的粘度,实现更有效的转移。
