摘要：

脂肪肝的病变主体在肝小叶,以肝细胞弥漫性脂肪变性为主要病理改变。近年来,脂肪肝的患病率呈明显上升趋势,且患病年龄趋于低龄化,已经成为严重危害人民健康的常见病、多发病,具体到我国非酒精性脂肪肝发病率明显高于酒精性脂肪肝。了解国际上非酒精性脂肪肝的发病机制及治疗研究的最新进展,对遏制脂肪肝的发展趋势有着十分重要的意义。
