<正>椎间盘退变作为临床上一种常见病,目前虽然可以经手术治疗,但是复发率高,预后不良,主要原因是其机制没有被完全阐明。目前,大量的研究表明,椎间盘退变与很多细胞因子、免疫相关分子、相关基因及其表达等有着密不可分的联系。一、正常椎间盘的结构椎间盘由髓核、纤维环和上下软骨终板构成,主要成分是水、胶原和蛋白多糖等细胞外基质。水约占80%,椎间盘内的大
