社交因素对用户移动阅读持续使用的影响研究

摘要：

随着社交网络的蓬勃发展,移动阅读社交化趋势日益明显,以往研究较少从社交角度探讨移动阅读持续使用行为。文章主要探讨社交因素对用户移动阅读持续使用的影响程度。首先,通过问卷形式调查用户现有社交型移动阅读的基本情况。研究发现,社交型阅读占比远超于内容型阅读。之后,基于TAM模型及S-O-R范式,提出并证明移动阅读用户持续使用的理论模型。研究发现,社交因素对移动阅读持续使用行为有正向影响,其中主观范式有直接影响,形象以拒绝改变为中介对持续使用行为有间接影响。
