摘要：

<正>胆道系统由肝内、外胆管和胆囊共同构成。胆管或胆囊相关的慢性疾病仍然是临床肝病防治的研究重点。肝功能损伤的病因多种多样,可由肝炎病毒、脂肪性肝病、自身免疫性疾病、药物或毒物中毒、胆汁淤积、外伤等因素引起。其中胆源性肝损伤(biliary liver injury,BLI)十分常见。根据引起胆汁淤积的病因和发病机制不同,可以将胆汁淤积分为遗传性胆汁淤积和获得性胆汁淤积。
