摘要：

骨质疏松引起骨脆性增加而易于发生骨折,也难以获得较稳定的骨折固定,术后内固定失败的概率较高。骨质疏松性骨折治疗中往往采用锁定钢板、骨水泥或自体植骨等方法增强螺钉的把持力,以减少内固定失败,获得良好的骨折愈合。骨质疏松性骨折治疗是以坚强固定、早期下床活动为目的,内固定方式往往选择相对稳定的术式或关节置换术,内固定物选择多采用改善把持力的螺钉、锁定钢板及髓内钉,以减少内固定失败,但各个具体部位又有其特殊性。该文综述近年来骨质疏松性骨折治疗进展,为临床治疗提供一定依据。
