环境雌激素对雄性性分化影响的研究进展

摘要
环境雌激素(EEs)对人类的生殖毒性效应成为当今环境科学与生殖医学研究的前沿和热点。大量流行病学资料及实验显示,EEs 可显著导致雄性性分化异常诸如小阴茎、尿道下裂、隐睾、雄性化行为异常等。该文对其作用机制包括拟雌激素作用、抗雄激素作用以及其他影响激素代谢的反馈调节和信号传递途径等的研究进行了综述。
