摘要：

Agri-antibiotics 2507 is a new kind of agri-antibiotics against Oomyces, its analysis method was established with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Agri-antibiotics 2507 could be separated from other impurities using ODS column at 246nm wavelength and 75% methanol-water liquid as fluid phase. The recovery rate was 98.6% to 101.3%, this method had a very good accuracy, and was suitable for the analysis of Agri-antibiotics 2507.
