摘要：

肠神经胶质细胞是肠神经系统中含量最多、分布最广的一类细胞。在形态和功能上,该细胞与中枢神经系统的星形胶质细胞相似。近几年的研究显示,肠神经胶质细胞在肠黏膜屏障功能、胃肠蠕动功能和肠道肿瘤中均起一定作用。而在肠黏膜屏障中的积极作用,已获广泛认同,以下就该方面研究进展作一综述。
