摘要：

类似于团队心智模型是对团队知识的表征,团队时间心智模型是对团队时间的表征。借助时间维度理论和团队心智模型理论,进一步拓展团队时间心智模型构念的内涵,并遵循合理的量表开发步骤,开发出团队时间心智模型构念的测量量表,以期为进一步深化关于"团队共享时间理解"问题的研究打下概念基础。
