上海发现我国首例人体感染喉兽比翼线虫者

摘要：

目的 :对 1例临床表现发热、咳嗽和哮喘的患者进行诊断。方法 :以显微镜检查痰液 ,并结合患者临床表现进行分析。结果 :镜检初步确定痰中红色血样物为寄生性线虫 ,根据形态特征鉴定虫种 ,从呼吸道分泌物中检获的呈交合状态的 1对成虫 ,为喉兽比翼线虫。该病例呈现明显的呼吸道感染症状和嗜酸粒细胞增多。结论 :人体感染喉兽比翼线虫为我国首次记录。
