<正>腹腔热灌注化疗(intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy,IHPC)是近年来新兴的一种腹腔恶性肿瘤辅助治疗手段,IHPC在预防与治疗胃癌、大肠癌、卵巢癌、腹膜假性黏液瘤、肝胆胰腺癌等腹腔恶性肿瘤的腹膜种植转移及其并发的恶性腹水方面具有独特的疗效。自1980年国外学者Spratt等[1]首次报道IHPC以来,国内外学者对其技术方法进行了不断地探索,从简单的灌注液加热后直接灌入法到腹腔灌注液内生场加热法、恒温水浴箱或微波持续升温灌注法,再逐渐演变为目前高精度控
