摘要：

目的:研究提高患者用药依从性的措施。方法:采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方式,对武汉市某医院136例患者进行调查。结果:不同性别、年龄、文化水平、收入的患者,其用药依从性均无显著性差异;用药主动性、用药观念、用药习惯、用药知识等不同的患者,其用药依从性有显著性差异。结论:建议采用IMB模式,从外部信息、内部动机、行为技能等方面多角度思考,从而提高患者的用药依从性。
