摘要：

<正>脑梗死是指由某些原因引起脑组织血液供应障碍,从而导致局部脑组织发生不可逆性损害改变,出现脑组织缺氧、缺氧性坏死。它是神经内科常见疾病,其发病率、致死率和致残率高,已严重危害人类的身体健康。因此,研究有效的脑梗死治疗方法尤其紧迫及重要。溶栓治疗是目前国内外公认的积极挽救缺血缺氧脑组织行之有效的方法,由于溶栓时间窗的限制,大部分患者失去了溶栓的机会,这个时候抗栓治疗又显得尤为重要。本研究就脑梗死近年来的溶栓及
