网络位势对集群企业创新绩效的影响:组织学习的中介作用

摘要：

基于集群企业结构、关系和资源为其带来的势能,将网络位势划分为网络位置中心性、网络关系紧密性和网络资源丰富性3个维度,并从组织学习视角构建了网络位势对集群企业创新绩效的作用机制。实证结果表明:网络位势对集群企业创新绩效具有显著正向影响;探索性学习在位置中心性、关系紧密性和创新绩效之间具有部分中介效应,在资源丰富性与创新绩效之间具有完全中介效应;利用性学习在位置中心性、关系紧密性、资源丰富度与创新绩效之间均具有部分中介效应。
