The different psychological empowerment of different personality trait to leadership empowerment behaviors has been analyzed.The survey data was analyzed with exploratory factor analysis(EFA),confirmatory factor analysis(CFA),and hierarchical regression model(HRM).The results showed that self esteem and big five are moderating variables to the feeling of empowerment.We examined the effects of the deferent leadership empowerment behaviors and the cognitive degree,which give us the reference of empowerment behaviors selection.
