摘要
糖尿病心血管自主神经病变(DCAN)是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症,是无痛性心肌梗死及猝死发生的主要原因之一。临床上常应用心血管反射试验、心率变异性分析、QT间期测定、压力反射敏感性分析及影像学检查等方法诊断。这些检查方法各有利弊。本文对糖尿病心血管自主神经病变的诊断进展做一综述。
