CD44的表达与人类非小细胞肺癌淋巴转移相关性的初步研究

摘要
目的 研究CD44蛋白在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其与非小细胞肺癌淋巴转移的关系。方法 应用SP免疫组化染色法对 44例非小细胞肺癌组织和 10例癌旁肺组织染色 ,光镜观察 ,并应用计算机图像分析仪进行胞浆光密度测量分析。结果 光镜观察 :有淋巴结转移组的癌组织高表达率为 75 % ( 18/ 2 4) ,无淋巴结转移组的癌组织高表达率为 3 5 % ( 7/ 2 0 ) ,癌旁肺组织高表达率为 0 ( 0 / 10 ) ,三组间差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。平均光密度值测定 :有淋巴结转移组为 13 2 .4± 15 .6,无淋巴结转移组为 112 .5± 14 .9,癌旁肺组织为 90 .9± 10 .7,三组间差异亦非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。CD44与肿瘤的病理类型、细胞分化程度及原发肿瘤大小无明显关系。结论 CD44蛋白与非小细胞肺癌的淋巴转移有密切关系 ,检测非小细胞肺癌中CD44的表达有助于判断其淋巴转移的趋势 ,有望成为判断患者预后的独立指标。
