WRKY转录因子及其在植物防御反应中的作用

摘要
WRKY蛋白是只存在于植物中较为复杂的转录因子家族。由WRKY蛋白N端高度保守的WRKYGQK氨基酸序列及其特殊的锌指结构而命名的WRKY结构域能专性与其顺式作用元件W-盒[(T)(T)TGAC(C/T)]结合。根据WRKY结构域的数量及锌指结构的特征将WRKY蛋白家族分为3类,其中拟南芥中第三类家族中几乎所有的WRKY成员都与应答生物胁迫有关。WRKY蛋白的表达特性为快速、瞬时、具组织特异性诱导表达。目前,WRKY蛋白被广泛认为参与植物生物与非生物胁迫应答反应、植物衰亡、种皮及毛状体发育及果实发育等一系列的生理活动,本文综述了WRKY转录因子的结构特征及其功能特性,重点讨论了它们在植物防卫反应中的调控作用。
