P27蛋白在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要：

目的　探计 P2 7蛋白在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理学特征关系。方法　采用免疫组织化学 S-P染色法检测 3 3例肝细胞癌组织中 P2 7蛋白表达 ,并分析其与临床病理学特征的关系进行分析。结果　P2 7蛋白的表达在进展期肝癌组织中显著降低 ,P2 7阳性表达率在高 TNM分期 (3 /15 ) ,中低分化 (6/2 0 ) ,有癌栓 (3 /14 ) ,直径大于 3 cm(9/12 )的肝癌组织中显著低于 TNM分期 (13 /18) ,高分化 (10 /13 ) ,无癌栓 (13 /19) ,直径小于 3 cm(7/12 )的肝癌组织。P值分别为 0 .0 0 5、0 .0 13、0 .0 13、0 .0 3 2。结论　 p2 7蛋白表达量的减少和肝细胞肝癌的恶生程度及侵袭性密切相关 ,可能成为一个新的预后指标
