摘要
影响膝骨关节炎(OA)发病及进展的生物力学因素纷繁复杂,以往流行病学研究主要依据临床症状及X线检查。MRI检查可直观观察关节软骨、软骨下骨等代谢及损伤情况,为影响膝OA发病及进展的生物力学因素研究提供更直接证据。近年几项大规模、多中心流行病学调查研究应用MRI技术进一步证实,重体力劳动、超重、股四头肌肌力减退、半月板损伤、韧带损伤等是膝OA发病的重要影响因素,股四头肌及髋关节外展肌肌力减退、下肢力线异常等是膝OA进展的重要影响因素;同时还针对软骨下骨病变在膝OA发病中的作用、超重对膝OA进展的影响等展开了讨论。
